    Short description: When adding a new reward, saving the complete campaign fails resulting in the loss of the added reward.

    Long description: I attempt to add a new reward to the campaign for retailers. I clone a previous item and make adjustments to the item. The item appears to save. However, when I attempt to save changes on the entire campaign, an error message populates, with a request to refresh the browser. This causes the loss of the entire new item, which must be built again. I have had repeated failures to create an item back to back. This began happening more frequently as the number of campaign rewards increased.

    Environments tested: Chrome on Windows 10

    Clearing the website cache does not resolve the error.

    I believe based on recurrent testing that the Clone function is what is causing the issue – creating new rewards from scratch continues to work as expected.

    Sorry once again for the inconvenience.
    I will try to reproduce this and get it fixed asap. I will reach out as soon as it is resolved.
    In the meantime, stick with creating rewards from scratch 😉

        I was able to reproduce it on my end. Looks like the issue has to do with rewards that have “shipping & fulfillment” enabled. We are working on a fix, but likely won’t be resolved, tested and deployed to production until next week.
        If you want to keep cloning rewards, just ensure shipping is set to “No shipping required” for the reward being cloned. You can add in shipping details after cloning.

        Might be more efficient to wait for the fix, but leaving that up to you.

    The fix has been released. You should now be able to clone rewards without issues.
