I’m Here Now” is a deeply personal story about loss, memory, and the ways grief transforms us. It follows Andy, an aging man haunted—both literally and emotionally—by the ghost of his daughter, Mimi. Through surreal and intimate moments, the film explores how guilt, love, and time intertwine.
This project was inspired by real conversations around how families cope with absence and the ghosts that remain in everyday spaces. I want to capture the beauty and pain of remembering—the quiet tenderness of forgiveness that comes too late.
Visually, the film blends realism and the supernatural, using soft lighting, slow camera movements, and ghostly imagery to evoke the feeling of being trapped between the past and the present. “I’m Here Now” invites audiences to sit with grief, to honor memory, and to imagine healing through connection.
