ORBs, creatures that are coming soon to planet Earth!  With a little steel and glass their earthly bodies will materialize to capture their other dimensional essence.  Their.. "Universal Dimensional Essence", to be exact.  However, unlike the heavenly dimension they're from we here on planet earth need cold hard cash in order to construct these suits for our visiting friends.  Or rather, our guides.  Guides that can help us face the cold.. to be bold, and peer within.  With our smallest guide blooming a deep purple ORB atop it's high perch, demonstrating a being that is "Aware".  The medium sized ORB's representation is "Comfort', and is demonstrated through it's warm orange glow.  The tallest Orb stands 19' tall, it's flower is blue and demonstrates "Action".  With these three demonstrations in harmony, ORBs has something to show.  To be aware of what really is can change whole worlds.  One may feel better about all this change in their world with a little comfort from the warm glow of the orange ORB.  From there the work has just begun.  The journey is work, and that's where the biggest ORB's a bit cold blue color representing "Action" comes into play.  Because without action, what good is the rest really? 

So please.. keep in mind these ORBs are not eyeballs, and they are not here to observe in any way.  They are here to put on a.. "Demonstration Bloom".

I'd like to also share ORBs construction budget, where I'm at with it, how much I need to raise, and other areas people can help if inclined.  With the build well underway for about 5 months now, I funded most to this point with my own money.  I am now onto the grant $ I recv'd from the B.M. Honararia.  I also have an installation from last years piece that will bring in funding.  Here is the breakdown of expenses still to come.

I'm going to make the goal $12k, as there's always things that come up.. and the aftermath of B.M. will be busy to say the least as ORBs is accepted into the RTIA show in the Reno Convention center right after the burn.  This is a great opportunity, but as a non paying gig I'll have to have funds set aside for that as well. Another thing that could really help is if anyone had a truck and trailer for transport.  I have crew tickets and early passes I'd be willing to exchange for.
